Who can benefit from Therapy?
Q
A

Because most of our personal problems are interpersonal in nature, people who wish to improve their relationships are excellent candidates for therapy.  Therapy is intended to assist people who would like to gain support from the therapist, increase self-awareness, and learn new healthy coping skills to handle life’s unavoidable personal and interpersonal challenges.

How much do I have to share?
Q
A

You decide what, how much, and when you share information with the therapist. Some people are very talkative even from an initial meeting while others are not.  When you are ready to share your life and the challenges you are facing with to the therapist, she would gladly listen to your story.

Q
How long will I be in therapy?
A

Several factors help you predict how long you will be in therapy.  They are what made you seek out therapy, how motivated you are, and how complicated the issue is.  I provide the space where you feel psychologically safe so you can unfold the issue(s) that has been consciously or unconsciously been troubling you. ãƒ™ã‚¤ã‚¨ãƒªã‚¢æ—¥æœ¬èªžã‚»ãƒ©ãƒ”スト
